Call for abstracts

Note: Call for abstracts is now closed

Authors are invited to submit abstracts by the submission deadline detailed below. Abstracts should be written in English and comprise no more than 200 words. Abstracts must contain sufficient details for evaluation (including the approach, results, concepts, applicability). Submitted abstracts will be refereed for quality, originality and relevance by the Scientific Committee.

Please mention the relevant theme when submitting your abstract (Symposium Themes).

Due to number of requests from varies local, national and international organisations, the organizing committee has decided to extend the abstract submission deadline till
30th January 2020.

Deadline for submission of full papers

Authors whose abstracts were accepted for the symposium will have the option to submit a revised version of their abstract and to submit the corresponding paper (with between 3,000 and 3,500 words). Please note that the submission of a paper is NOT mandatory; it is only for the authors who wish to do so. The submission period will be opened after the abstract closure date. The deadline for the submission of the full paper will be announced later. You need to submit your paper formatted according to the Full Paper Template. Please keep in mind that only high-quality submissions will be considered for the publication opportunities linked to the symposium, which are under discussion at the moment.
