More than 60 scientists and practitioners from Asia and Europe participated in the 3rd International Workshop on Multi-Hazard Early Warning and Coastal Resilience in Manila, the Philippines from 25th to 29th March 2019. This five-day event was organized by the De La Salle University. The university is in the capital of the Philippines, Manila where the city is located on the eastern shores of Manila Bay.
