The scheduled conference has been postponed to March 2020. The conference will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 19th -20th March 2020 with colloborations with the Ministry of Public Administration,Disaster Management and Rural Economic Affairs, CABARET project, IOC-UNESCO, IOC-UNESCO IOTWMS, ADPC, NBRO,IUCN, DMC, ADRiMP, University of Moratuwa, University of Peradeniya, REGARD and Institute of Technology Bandung.
